            Review of the Financial year 2022-23

  On the 19th February 2023, I decided to visit Jivdani Mata temple in Virar to take blessings of Maa Jivdani. I took my nephew Yash with me as I had no plans to climb the steps for the temple. We used Funicular train route to go up and come down from the Mountain. Ashwamedh Foundation NGO was founded on 1st August 2012 by me to work in Child Education and Development Sector. We completed 10 long years on 1st August 2022. Also 19th February 2023 marked 5 years completion of Ratneya Group (formerly known as Doddamani Group) which I started on 19th Feb 2018 with first brand Stocksbaazigar - The ultimate wealth creator. I wanted to thank Maa Jivdani for giving me strength to continue my Ventures irrespective of facing all the ups and downs. Before 2012, I tried to establish many businesses but I failed within 2 to 3 years. Hence when I registered Ashwamedh Foundation, I prayed to Maa Jivdani with all my heart and requested her to please bless this Organization as it was for serving the underpriviledged children. Maa listened to my prayers and it was my turn to thank her for the 'decade' of Ashwamedh Foundation and 'five' years of Ratneya Group.

    Financial year 2022-23, went fantastic for me. It was my very first year in the US Markets. Still I managed to earned 26% CAGR. Ratneya Consultancy Services which was registered last year merely with 2 lac Capital, clogged Rs 16 Lac profits in the second years of its operations. On the auspicious occasion of Gudhi Padwa, Ratneya Group welcomed our new 'Group CEO', Ms BV, an engineer and data analyst to lead the Ratneya Group from 1st April 2023. Ashwamedh Foundation too completed first year of new project Project Aagaaz (Skills & Livelihood) under which Mr. Anil Singh conducted the Basics of Computer Literacy Program for the children of Ashwamedh Foundation's Knowledge Center, Virar. More than 120 students had applied for Project Ankur (Literacy Program) last year. We had to make 3 batches to carry out Educational Program successfully. Mrs Pratibha Singh taught to elder children while our volunteers taught the younger lot. In the Financial year 2022-23 Ashwamedh Foundation carried out its first ever sports day on 19th March 2023 at Nalasopara Phata. It was organized with the help of Youth Inspires Runner' Club thanks to Sneha Sharma. Staff of Kotak Life graced the occation thanks to Monika Singh. Ashwamedh Foundation also have new Social Media Manager, Ms. Shankareshwari who will guide team of two volunteers to handle the entire Social Media Marketing from 1st April 2023. Financial 2022-23 also marked completion of my 'Mission Rs 100 Crore' trading volume which I started in the year 2014. Yes, I have traded more than 100 Crores in the Indian Share Market and now trying to use my experience in the US markets too. 

FY 2020-21 And 2021-22 were still dominated by Covid after-effects. Therefore I can say that FY2022-23 was much better year and my decision to take risk of registering businesses, taking franchise of IIFL Securities and entering US Markets etc. all paid well. I have created several income streams now and my only task is to see that I continue to generate revenue in all the Organizations founded by me. I am really thankful to each and everyone who made year 2022-23 productive and successful. I am also grateful to all the Stakeholders of Ratneya Group. We aspire to become a meaningful conglomerate for new India. All the paths are not flowery when it comes to entrepreneurship. Ratneya Enterprises and Ratneya Healthcare operations were suspended due to some personal reasons of CEOs of respective subsidiaries before the FY 2022-23 started. I wanted to start them before Diwali of 2023, but I couldn;t do it. Also, I wanted to launch a Startup funding related Portal but when I realized that Funding in Startups dried due to inflation, I decided to backoff immediately. In the Finacial Year 2022-23, Indian Markets did really bad and it was very difficult to make money. Rising Inflation followed by Adani Scam, SVB fall, Credit Suise problems etc. kept Markets in 16800 to 17500 levels most of the year. Markets are becoming more bearish now. 

Professionall, Financial Year 2022-23 gone really well for me. But personally, it was really hard for me. Most of the times I remained ill due to various health issues. I explored many cities, saw many plots, commercial properties etc. but could not dare to start anything anywhere. Except Talegaon property, I couldn't dare to buy any Property for myself or for my family. Neverthless, I am sure that I will take little more risks in the upcoming Financial year and built good assets for myself and for Ratneya Group.
