Thank you Indiblogger and Amul :)

I love cooking. Being chemical technologist, I have really good experience of working in a chemistry lab and experiment with chemicals. I do same thing in Kitchen. YouTube is my source for inspiration for cooking. I usually try recipes by Manjula and of course Sanjeev Kapoor (Khana Khazana Channel on YouTube). But sometimes, those dishes turns into disaster. I usually don't like wastage of food, and hence try to modify it as I had habit of manipulations in readings in chemical labs ;) In very extreme case I feed that recipe to dustbin.I will share one of such recipe which I prepared accidently due to fiasco.

What you need for it:
Besan - 50 gm
Onion - 2 big
Tomato - 1 medium
Green Chillies - 2/3
Cooking oil - 4-5 teaspoon
Cumin seeds - 1 table spoon
Mustard seeds - 1 table spoon
Chilli Powder - 1 table spoon
Turmeric power - 1 table spoon
Edible soda - 1 pinch
Thin Poha - small quantity
Some curry leaves and chopped coriander leaves

How to prepare it:

1) Take a bowl, add besan atta, add 500ml water to it. Stir it well till no lumpy mass is present inside it.

2) Place a Kadhai on low flame. Add 2 spoons Cooking oil. After oil gets heated, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves, chopped green chillies and stir for minute or two.

3) Add freshly chopped onions and tomato to it and saute it till the onion gets transparent.

4) Add turmeric power, salt as per taste and red chilli powder and stir it

5) Now add besan mixture to it and heat it till the consistency is achieved. Then add some finely chopped coriander leaves to it. Your Jhunka is ready.

6) In case, if you do mistake to add proper quantity of water and you end up getting highly liquid mass. (Fiasco state :p) add pinch of edible soda to it. Wait till mixture gets cold.

7) On a pan, without oil, heat some Poha till it gets brown, add this poha to the jhunka mixture. and stir it.

8) Now make round balls of this cold mixture of Jhunka and then keep aside

9) Now in a deep bowl, take some cooking oil and deep fry these Jhunka balls till you get crunchy 'jhunka bhajji'.

10) Serve hot 'Jhunka Bhajji' with some Tomato ketch-up

If you find it edible then only share this recipe with others on your own risk ;)

Thanks for reading.I repeat; Please, do not try at home ;)
